Hasn’t the problem been it got the B767/B757 too fast???

It will still be operating a fair few services out of IND:

    DFW
    FLL
    LAS
    LAX
    MCO
    PHX
    SFO
    PIE (St Petersburg)
    Sarasota

    The only loss is LGA

    Plus

    PHX/SFO/LAX/SEA – Hawaii
    SFO/LAX – CUN
    MCO/PIE – San Juan

What about LGA – SFO. I presume it will cease with no replacement – it was Saturday only due to perimeter restrictions

Possibly but the first 5 destinations will be operated by 757s; none of which are being displaced from the reduction in capacity elsewhere..

I was just giving exaples of their expansion. I think its the Moscow/Lagos/China routes which are putting pressure on the fleet. China would be with the B777 and Moscow/Lagos with the B767. Also I think the EWR-Santo Domingo routes needs an B767 or B777 for cargo

When are the scheduled routes announced?

Why has only Thomson gone to DSA out of the big operators?

I guess some traffic which would have transferred at EWR has been lost to bmi’s new MAN-LAS service. Also, AA is returning next summer with BOS-MAN (752); nothing yet on their website regarding extending the new MIA service to all year round – suppose it will depend on demand.

I thought MAN-LAS on bmi was to do with Virgin Holidays. In the past wouldn’t they have just sent passengers on VS’s LGW-LAS instead on CO via EWR

Humberside is down to 26 flights next summer I think. There have been reductions from both My Travel and Thomson, including the dropping of Corfu flights. The Thomsonreductions are mainly if not completly to do with DSA.

However there will be a new flight to Fuerteventura, probably operated by Spanair.
