Yes but that reflects the amount of charter work that has gone to the low costs in the last few years, remember you cant operate the likes of Greece, Turkey and Cyprus in winter.
Turin isnt even a FR base. Surely CIA, BGY, HHN, CRL, Skvasta, Murcia, Pisa, Eindhoven and probably some more destinations would come before Turin as a potential BLK flight
Ive never heard about runway problems in the past but Im not an expert in those things. As for charges, they are normally a big factor in airline route decisions. I assume Excel are paying these charges – A lot of flights arrive back in the early hours of the morning
Perhaps HUY need to be a bit more flexible to attract new airlines and services?
