In my view starting these routes would be a very wise move if they are profitable for the airline, which I assume they are. They are just going after money and a profit
Jet Airways to lease A330s May 10
Jet Airways signed a LOI (Letter of Intent) to lease 4 new Airbus A330-200s. Delivery of these aircraft would start in May 2006. The airline will use these A330s on new long haul routes to destinations including London and New York.
