I think Jet 2 will do BOH-EDI eventually. Maybe either GLA or PIK one day.

Hopefully if asked TUI would allow a regional airline into CVT to cover EDI/GLA/BHD as Im sure those routes would work with a ATR-42 or similar

ATA still have quite a lot of scheduled work: West Coast-Hawaii, selected Midway routes in codeshare with Southwest and a few IND routes. Any B767’s would replace Tristars on USA military flights
