Visiting Dutch charter planes are the DC3 PH-DDZ and the F.27 Friendship and F50.
They’re on their last leg to John Wayne in Orange County.

But she is on the way and has left our Dutch base and is now in Wick, Scotland and should go to Reykjavik, Iceland before going to Greenland, Churchill, Iqaluit, Winnipeg, Grand Forks to finally arrive in Las Vegas.
The crew flying her is from the Dutch Historic Flight who normally operate the B-25 Sarinah.
The Koreans gave the Aviodrome 2 engines to replace engine nr. 3 and 1 for reserve. The Koreans get 2 old engines back to mount on their bird and also technical advice about maintaining the Connie for static display.

The Beech is no longer with the DDA but with the SKHV (Historic Airforce) and their website, (http://www.skhv.nl under vliegtuigen) shows pictures of this Beech in RCAF colours.
I photographed it in Dutch markings in the 2004 season but have no info about when the change was made.

Did see 2 Yak52’s on static of the Yakkes Foundation and a Yak50.

The Dutch Cat already has another engine and is flying again. The DC2 wasn’t open to the public on sunday instead they put the Cat on static. One of the reasons it was absent from Legends.
Notice the Alpine B-25 has a man in the front taking a picture of the Dutch B-25. He’s got to have some interesting photos.
The Lancaster should be there this year.
