Those are some great shots of the KC-135. I’ve always loved the look of that general family of airplanes (707/C-135/C-137)…just an elegant design in my opinion.
Here is one I’m stealing from another F-104 thread because I just happen to like the shot….I believe it’s a Norwegian F-104…with AIM-9s under the wings oddly enough (as opposed to the wingtip of fuselage twin-missile mount)
Yes, info says that the shot was taken from a Tu-16RM when intercepted in the Barents Sea on August 17, 1981 by a Norvegian CF-104 from 334 Squadron based in Bodø.
