I’m not sure how “small” this AF is, but photos from are certainly rare.
Turkmenistan Air Force can be considered as “small” but had recently 43 Su-25 and 24 Mi-29 in service (not all active) with some An-26 for transport, L-39 for training and Mi-8 and Mi-24 helicopters as well.
