thanks, Archangelski..
i’ve just found more about the Angolan (recent ?) markings ; Hello, Gerard š ) ;http://fanangola.webnode.pt/escola-do-lobito/

Many thanks to you too Etienne, especially for the L-39 in Angolan colours.
PS : the rest of the site is also of interest. Many rare pictures (Il-76, L-39 without camouflage near Su-27UB, …) but also strange things :confused: (J-10 in Angolan colours is particularly a troubling view of imagination)
with thanks to you ; Greg, Alex , Gerard & Archangelski… for your posts & explanations :applause:
it’s always a pleasure to read from you !
and a question for Gerard ; are you sure your pic n°3 of a PC-7 is of Angola ? (i’ve a serious doubt:D)

by Googeling through the Air Force’s, I’ve recently discovered this less-known roundel ;
………………………………………………….at first for this DC-3 ;…….…………….……….and even a ‘rural’ version ;
in Wikipedia, there is also another (former)simplified triangle version ;http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicaraguan_Air_Force
For the Sandinista A/F, using the present roundel, see mainly the full explanations & many views in acig.org ;
………………….And now, this is my ‘today’s’ question ; I’d just like to see color photos (in flight š ) (hello Archangelski š ) of these rarities ;

hi Mr.archangleski..I appreciate your intrest in the aircraft.,but you’re in the wrong way by scanning pics from magazines and books..its a copy right
thank you
Hello Ha27, I understand very well the problem.
As I reply earlier to other members of this thread, they are parts of a very old collection of books of my own (more than 20 or 30 years old for the most recent posted here. By then, of course, they are not really crystal clear or 20 Megapixels ones. I share these only because most are showing real rarities or no more in activities aircraft. I have no commercial interest and I’m not altering the properties.
By the same logic, most (if not all) pictures posted on thread like this one are copies of web pictures found on other sites without mention of captions (probably also copyrights).
If this pose problems, all right, have to work differently for future post.
Friendly, archangelski.
