Unfortunately for Novorossiya, no flyable military aircrafts are on their hands, till now.
The Su-24 (a Recce Su-24MR) and the Su-25 pictures are fakes.
The Su-24 original picture is probably this one :

If you count soviet time as recent, then yes… The ladder was introduced into the last series or so, so only a few last frames had it. Like the before mentioned monument, which was pretty much the last finished Su-33 frame. Besides, that picture is clearly old (as it shows old camo) and your picture shows one of the prototypes, T-10K5.
OK, more recent (;)) : http://www.amv83.fr/ShortWingSIG/SU33(27naval)/SU33%20walk/SU33-WALK-2.JPG

Never saw this before….
Nice find. Seems to be a recent (?) modification.

I have them (two shots), and am trying to secure permission to use them from the original photographer. If you know him or know if there are more, please can you let me know.

If you’re talking about Serge NEMRY, unfortunately, I don’t know him personally.
And the pictures I have (same as yours ?) are from his site : http://www.flying-zone.be/reportages/2_rep_1993_somalie.php
