It might be due to confusion with damage caused to a large aircraft which fell from gantry hoist inside a building.The accident record card i saw many years ago says that the leading edge balloon explosive cable cutter was left armed and this severed a cable causing the aircraft to fall suffering a lot of damage.Sabotage was not suspected according to the card and this was at Salmesbury.

Theres an expectation that everything every where has to be shared for free . If events are planned and it is by invite only, that always annoys a few when news leaks out later. It happens that private functions are just that, sometimes its asimple matter of buying a ticket and at other times the event is members only or selected members. This is not new, however the internet has promoted an incorrect assumption that no one is to be excluded nowadays.

So its a fake sequence?? ,lots of control surface movement. I am baffled as to why it would be faked,unless a person was after a scoop payment from a news outlet?

The “poxy media” you refer to have a role of sharing images of events where the massed public are not able to be accomodated.This applies on many occasions and I dislike your sneering attitude to a professional group of people who keep information flowing.

The filming was very good and distracted me from that voice most of the time.One puzzle…why did the Lancaster crew not have the use of a knotted rope to escape from the forward hatch. The Nimrods had such ropes for evacuations.
