Well like I said dunno. Maybe they are doing it already if it is that easy as you refer. I just think it may not be that easy as it sounds like. If the druglords get that sophisticated the police will have to get AA-guns on their vehicles and radars etc.
Nowadays theres some pretty advanced stuff for building UAVs and/or models and even with radar and AA-guns and even jamming devices for the link between the UAV and the controller of course theres still the bisness of catching the creaters of such aircraft for this purpose, in a way theyd still be safe over the border really so if aa guns, radar and jamming equipment work it may be a solution in the future abit extreme to start with but hey if it works 😎
there were worries about the model possiably hitting the windshield and cracking it a bird strike would be bad enough but some fool with a model plane would definently do some damage
and i beleive it would be the same charge as those idiots with the super lasers that sit at major airports and point them at jets and other aircraft (including on one occasion a police helicopter) during takoff and landing got when they were caught

Not good
Things couldnt be worse for Australia at the moment the fact that were losing jobs and products to overseas companies is something we’v in a way gotten used to but if we dont act fast qantas wont be the only airline to be greatly effected by the global finacial crisis this coupled with the fact that other australian based airlines are giving cheaper airfares and broadining there service range there is going to be harder times ahead for not only qantas im afraid
looks good
im a long time fan(well as long time a fan a 15 yro can be) of the avro vulcan as i am of many aircraft i like the detail on the cockpit im looking forward to flying the finished product 😎

ill certainly have a look thanks
i agree
Use a solar charger when it is left in the airport car park, depends on where you live though doesn’t it!:D
I would have to say this is the way to go i live in australia so there might be different weather patterns but we’v got a ford sprint that hasn’t been started for about 3yrs sitting the shed hooked up to a solar panel and it still starts without jumpleads or any new batterys in the long run this would be the better option
hope that helps:cool:

it dosen’t surprise me the fact that australians used hueys during the veitnam war as they were a very versitile aircraft proven by the US:cool:
What your saying is correct but surly australia could follow americas example and at least try to design a aircraft or start a joint venture the way i see it the americans are doing the smart thing by keeping the jobs in australia for example as you said the bushmaster APC’s in many cases would be a better decision compared to the hummers when it comes to the type of combat each recieves but by not buying the bushmasters they keep the jobs in the country and don’t need to risk things like late arrival or hostlities between countries
But what im trying to say is maybe the australian defence forces(ADF) should consider buying weapons, vehicles and equipment from countries other than the US it’s like were afraid to buy things from other countrys because we’ll hurt their feelings or somthing, surely australia has the capabilitys to produce a decent fighter, bomber, ship or other wartime weapon even if we had a (for want of better word)deal with another country to help produce it for example the A380 its not a wartime aircraft but australia helped in its design and construction somthing like this but on a war like scale it may cost australia money but it would create jobs and may even turn Australia into large scale producers of particular arms ie aircraft giveing us money to do more research createing even more jobs
if you think about it australias civil workforce may even benifit from the reputation this joint venture may or may not create it would certinly help more than anything but what do i know i could just be going on about nothing
sorry its a bit long and somtimes off subject:cool:
very nice impressive dark blue i like it 😎
