Hello! Yes as you can see the Scandinavian Production of aircrafts and gauges was more copying international Aircrafts and why find up and develop gauges when there where good items out there both german and american and british. And some was used until the late 50 , and some even the 60 :s ! This story was the same in Norway , and Finland.

All the best from the Eismeer.

    B18

Hello! I did just get this from my friend in Sweden here it shows it in use in the B18 , the text says that due to the higher speed of the Aircrafts it was developed ectection seats and this column was installed. Due to the fact it has got the ” wartime ” richtungsgeber doesnot mean that it is war time since these these planes was used until late 1950 : s . But of course built and used during the war. Hope you will get more answer from the museum. best J

Swifter also one more intersting detail is the fact it is foldable that is because when the pilot ecected With his Chair he folded the horn not to hurt his knees. So this is probably the 1955.

I am intersted in this so please let me know if you want to let it go…

Hello! To Clear up some thing this is not a german ww2 horn , check up the website cockpitinstrumente.de here is probably all common horns and grips. As you can see the ONLY thing that is german is the schalter on top of the handle the rest is other manufacterers. The intresting label on the right handle says ” SIKTE ” wich is SIGHT in swedish and ” TEL ” is the shortend swedish Word for Telefon ( Telephone ) .

Also the green coulor doesnot match withe greyblack colour nor the digits on the base .

I have contacted my friends in sweden and hope the hear from them soon!

    lamp

Hello! ! This lamp was used in all major LW Aircrafts probably not any paticular. Intresetning to se is the painting scheme that is maybe a repaired lamp that is why the Paint does not match. That is my theory. Try to get it to work!!

Best Jabba Collecting LW tecnical parts .
