Marshall Ustinov, inching towards completion after a veeeery long repair and modernization. Maybe we will see her off the coast of Syria next year.

    Hi,

The new radars are the only visible modification on Marshall Ustinov cruiser?

The Mr-600 “Sunrise” and Mr-710 Fregat-M” radars has been replaced with new radar types….

    Thanks.

And to add on to that question, what about the 20385/Gremyashchy heavy missile corvette? It will have redut and the Kalibr.

Are there any plans for those beyond the two that exist now?

    Hello,

It is being entirely overhauled and repaired (engines, cabling, everything) as well as receiving a partial modernization.
Work is supposed to be finished by January 2016.

    Hi,

After the refit, will “Neustrashimy” looks like her sister “Yaroslav Mudry” with new domes and SSM launchers?

    Thanks.

INS Rajput – Kashin II Project 61ME (DDG)

    Hi,

I’m looking for a detailed photo of the 8 cell Brahmos cruise missile vertical cells located on the aft twin launcher S-125M (SA-N-1) SAM, as well as a detailed photo of the Barak SAM VLS that replaced a pair of the AK-630M CICWS gun mounts.

I’m thinking to start building a 1/700 scale model of INS Rajput (Kashin II Project 61ME) and I would like to remove the forward P-20M missile cells (port and starboard) and replace them with two boxed launchers housing four PJ-10 (BrahMos)

In this configuration the number of Brahmos missile on board the Rajput Class Missile Destroyers of the Indian Navy will be 12 missiles!

More info on this ships here:

I anybody could send me of share theses photos, I would appreciate.

    Thanks.

How about something like the “Atlantic Conveyor” used in Falklands. Use a container cargo ship to store parts equipment in. Build a flight deck for helicopters/harriers and maybe mount a Phalanx on it.

speaking about “Atlantic Conveyor” here’s a photo I found on the WEB some time ago (Unknown Source):

Radar: Excellent mate well done, now which one is it??? 😉

I cannot identify which one is, but surely is a João Belo Class Frigate after the refit, because of the new TT type visible in the photo…

The last photo (5th) is a Type 21 Frigate from Pakistan Navy?
