Better than exceptional! Fantastically clear. Just 2 questions. 1, approx how many shots did you take to get those perfect shots and 2, how many chaps and chapeses can you get in the boom bay next time up?;)

I remember that show well. I had a couple of very similar photos of the Sea Harriers in the hangar very carefully joined together with tape that eventually went yellow! Also i can remember a Shackleton parked opposite? My Friend remarked ‘look at the sparkplug on top of that!’ Happy days, thanks for showing.

Thanks for that Kesha, great bit of footage.
They look like they are ready to be cranked up!
Some years ago i watched a interview with Vladimir Putin and he briefly mentioned that his father worked at Gorky Park, and after the war they buried the lot where they stood.
I tried to email the Kremlin at madvlad @redcomi , but still waiting for a reply, or a knock on the door, whatever comes first really!
    Seriously though, great post.

A great way to spend a sunday evening. Thank you Pongo. Not much into the colour nautical photos, but i must say that the standard of photography on those alone are very good.

Only another 46 pages to go!:)

Great work you are doing Nick, and very much enjoyed your pictures on flickr. Just been having a hunt on google earth and the crash site is easily recognisable (if you toggle between street view and plan).
Rather poignantly, the trampoline may well mark the spot.
