Good show Daz!
Hello TempestNut.
The serial can be found in the “Typhoon and Tempest : Canadian Story” by Halliday and also in “the Typhoon and Tempest Story” by Thomas and Shores.
I’ll go with what you’ve told me, but I have one last question : do the leading edge bands go out to between the guns? I’ve seen both styles.
Thanks a lot, you are a great help to me!
π
Hum, no.
But I saw a T-34 on telly the other night, they were talking about Ukraine and there’s this T-34, all sparkling with frontovicks soldiers riding shotgun on it doing a parade somewhere in Ukraine.
in French, “Aeronauts” was called “Les chevaliers du ciel” (“Knights of the Sky”) and is an adaptation of the Tanguy et Laverdure comic series.
They made another run of those shows in the 90’s I think, they were flying Mirage 2000 and it was quite good, like the way they shoot down a glider by going supersonic near it…

Yeap, the wee planes are pedal powered toys for kiddies.
I saw a P-51 the other day, it looks quite fun! I wish I was young again!!
See JDK, pictures I have seen of blue BuchΓ³ns preserved today show them less metallic a shade.
I guess I was wrong, but I learned something new today!!
Shade of blue is wrong?
I concur, Spit job is the best.
Spit VIII I made, couldn’t find a picture of mine with a real Spit! π
Stand is backwards?
Theres Pensacola about the base or school and JAG which feature a few aircrafts here and there.
Good show Daz!
You know we’re always interested by :
– Spitifire pictures
– BuchΓ³n pictures
– Girlie pictures
 π
She also had a pink T-34 with the same markings. Is the Beech (I said Beech, mind you!) still flying?
π π
“Baa Baa Black Sheep” with Corsairs, P-38s, Grumman Duck and the such.
But it might be more lile 70’s than 80’s.
Ok, thanks, that’s what I thought!
Happy B-Day Daz boy!
