Its one of ours.

I’m fairly sure they are Anson Seats. They look very similar to those on ours anyway.

Always nice to see Percivals! Here are a few more. Not quite so old though.

You can fly on the Prentice at our first open day of 2006. April 1st and 2nd. More info at http://www.classicflight.com

I find that quite strange, because in the report I read locally the owners were quite willing to let it go to Duxford to join the rest of the civil collection held there, gratis.
I think that may have been one of the initial possibilities if no-one expressed interest in keeping the aircraft airworthy.
As FL200 has said, an offer was made but it wasn’t in line with what the owners believed the aircraft to be worth, which is a shame as I would dearly like to see the Heron added to our fleet. I believe a substantially higher offer has been made from another party but I know nothing more than that.

Thanks for the replies and information guys!
Am I right in believing that WF408 has no tail fin, and possibly no engines either?
Tom.
If anyone has anymore information on the Provost, such as whether the owners would be interested in having it displayed in a museum, i’d be interested to hear from them.
Thanks,
Tom.
It would be nice though, wouldn’t it 😀

Tom.
We do :diablo:

I think it will use the ATR72. Being Classic Flight i’m not fully “in the loop” when it comes to this so I could be wrong.

Air Corbire Moggy. Used the Metro and F406 but was well before my time at Atlantic.
