RE: SN Brussels Airlines 2003 expansion plans get concrete!

I don`t like too much sarcasm in a discussion, so I`m just going to shut my mouth. Before they start thinking about expansion, make sure things on the ground are working properly, which in this case, is not.

I really hope for the current federal gov`t SN won`t get banckrupt before the general elections in june. Anyway, I won`t bet for it, cause I can spend the money a lot better.

I wouldn`t risk buying SN tickets, eventhough they are fairly cheap. Sorry mates, but my vacation is a lot more important than my chauvenistic feelings }>.

But some cooperation between the EU and Turkey would benefit both parties. As long as one country can use its veto against a Turkish membership, it doesn`t seem so realistic. And ironically, the only country which sees Turkey as a serious candidate is archrival Greece.

Ohh and the `human right issue`. Just a lousy excuse from the EU to draw the attention away from its real concern: Islam. Some members of the European Parliament have even admitted this in public. But the EP can only give advice to the real decission makers; the European council. Did you know that there are only 3 councils in the world who don`t allow the people to know what`s going on inside? One of them was in North Korea, the other one in Cuba and the third one: the European Council.

Ohh and Jeuneturc, your statement is right. But that`s a game called democracy. Now I understand why such intelligent men like Plato and Nietzsche had their doubts on democracy :D.
