I don’t know of any yellow outlined roundel. I only know about these two

Did you know about the experimental roundels from 1939? They tested 4 different to replace the standard roundel. In the end the orange triangle was chosen but these were the other candidates:

There are no known pictures of these roundels.
between 1946 and 1959 the roundel was allied on the 6 positions and a national flag on the fin

after 1959 that was changed to the well known 4 positions and the flag was lost. 😉
The last versions of the Dutch roundel was the low-visibility one. First tested on the NF-5 but that one was not approved. Later the AH-64 and the CH-47 got greenish ones. And the grey ones came on some CH-47, Cougars and C-130

Thank You PEB. All are visible now. And thanks for the Vichy pics.
About the Dutch roundels.

Between 1921 and 1933 there were no rules of how to apply the roundels what resulted in somewhat chaotic pictures. Although most of the time the fuselage roundel was as we know it today. There is another difference with the one today and that is the size of the orange dot in the middle. In the older roundels it was a bit bigger.

Here a Moth with thick black outlined orange triangle. BTW. The orange roundel was officially used to 1946 as can be seen on the C-54.
Also the finflash dissapeared first and the roundel got smaller in Netherlands East Indies.

After the triangle came the national flag in the NEI as you already mentioned.

Sometimes NOT on the wings and sometimes with white outline.
The pictures are failing in the last post
Thank you for your explanation. It makes sense, and I will add that info to the website when updating France. Do you have more of those Vichy pictures?
I can’t find the topic with armed cargo planes anymore So I place it here. IL-76 with bombrack but only one bomb

the one on the Maryland is the 1960’s version. Came with and without yellow outer ring. Used in Indochina, Algeria and in France. The shape of the anchors may vary a little but the main difference to the other version is that the anchor was not over the red ring.
As you mentioned the crossed anchors were used in Algeria. Not really navy but more Marine Commando.
