I found this one. My guess a fantasy Border Patrol roundel. It’s a shield with a dark black/blue on top and a brownish color at the bottom. In the white middle part some kind of insignia. I tried to find a better/bigger picture but failed.
The plane is a Kestrel KL-1A or C or 250. (searching for the picture I found all the different designations.) Only one or two build! On the nose is KL-1C!!!
