Slightly OT but this the only external “load” I found

Now the question is will the use this new roundel on all aircraft or will they use it besides the old one.

No it looks different.
it is a shield with upper left part black (or dark blue) lower right part red
with from top right to bottom left a yellow strip (could also be a lightning flash)
