Information based on book “Poland’s Captured Luftwaffe Warprizes (Polish Wings) (No.8)” by by Andrzej Morgala, Wojciech Sankowski. During early post-war period gliders were marked in non-systematic way before official marking guidelines were made individual centres gave their ex-German glides Polish national markings of their own choosing, and those oblique ones were used for to overpaint German swastikas. Sometimes it was just a black square, red or red-white-red band and so on. Technically application of military markings on civilian gliders was illegal, but it still done during that period
