Afghanistan still uses the latest roundel but now in combination with the new flag.
But why does it have a white cross in the roundel?
I should have said the latest roundel. But when my website becomes an update I will mention this. Thanks.
AFAIK the “roundel” was used from 2010 to ca. 2014. It was used in combination with the standard wing roundels.
