A P-51 Mustang of the New Mexico National Guard after WWII, prior to the 1947 Army-Air Force split. The New Mexico state emblem is in place of the national insignia on the fuselage. In the mid-to-late 1940s, before peacetime organizational standards were made rigid, many state NG squadrons had unofficial emblems like this on the fuselage. The wing markings were left as the national insignia.)
more and better pictures of the Yemen Mi-14 with cross on roundel
This is Czech-made Aero HC-2 Heli Baby helicopter, or its modified HC-102 version. Most probably, such blue portion position is latest feature, because of the most of historical photos show normal position of blue portion:

same position. Same helo??
2 roundels from czechoslovakia.
Note the square ones on the Avia BH-9 and the position of the blue part on the helo (normal the blue portion is facing to the front/forward)

Yeah.. I humbly admit to the fact they were actually taken from him.
I really admire him since he has been traveling
the world and doing a lot of base-tours inc
luding some juicy small african countries.BTW, What happened to Ex-Ukranian MiG-29 Fulcrums sold to Tchad.?
Last time I heard that one of western avitiation spotters was working his ass off to shoot a good solid pic of this elusive one.
It might be easier to do some good digging around FB albums of French AF pilots deployed to N’djamena ,Tchad.
I did use some of his pictures to, the ones with rare roundels! 🙂
I guess you also get your pictures from our French FB friend. 😉
