Ahh, well you might (or might not) be right about that but the question is:

“Is this the best noise in the world?”

I don’t think it would be possible to get enough P51s close enough in the same airspace to make anything like the same level and quality of noise!

“NOISE” sound same thing to me

The whistles and the growls of the mustang are by far the best sound

you wan`t to get the best lens that you can afford. If I where you I would save your money and go for the canon 100-400 is L lens not cheap I know but it`s worth it when you see the results you get. you could also try the sigma 50-500 lens but not sure what both these lenes would be like on a small body like the 400D.

When you shoot in RAW there is no processing done in-camera. you do it all yourself via the software that came with the camera or any photo editing software that can handle RAW files. The file is not compressed so you don`t lose on any quality of the picture. the downside to this is it take up a lot more space than a JPEG file. It`s works in the same way as a 35mm camera only without the film the file becomes your negative.

All I can say on that one is to get there as early as you can. the gates open around 8ish. It can become a bit of a war when the flying starts so yes is just the same . lol

Hi Again Andy. If it`s just warbirds your after then the best show is Flying Legends held at Duxford. Next years show is over the weekend of the 7th and 8th of july. A good spot at Duxford is by the land warfare hall. I`m a canon user myself so can`t really say what a good lens for a Nikon would be but I use the Canon 100-400 is L Lens and a canon 30D.
