You could use this one if it`s any good to you

I see what you mean Ollie.
Great photos there Martin.
thanks Daz and SEMAE, looking at your photos Martin I have a long way to go to get to your standard as they are really good
I would save your money and go for a DSLR as it`s what you will want in the near future. most on here are either canon or nikon users so you won`t go wrong with either one.
Will be there as always
It could be that at full zoom the optics are a little on the soft side at the edges. Another thing you could try is to use the manual setting on your camera rather than Tv mode. As I tend to set the apature to F8 and no lower as this will make the aircraft sharper from prop to tail.
Hope this is of some help to you
Great shots there. I really like the ones of the 109 Would be great to see it in the Legends lineup at duxford
You coud try a lens cleaning Kit. you can buy one from the likes of jessops or any camera shop. Sounds a bit of a stupid answer I know but it should do the trick
Hi Zack. do you have a manual setting on your camera? if yes then use Tv setting and set your shutter speed to 1/320 for prop planes like the spit and lanc this will give you a bit of prop blur and for the jets around 1/500. Hope you have a good time and remember don`t spend to much time taking photos or you`ll end up watching the show through the lens. Have fun.
Ian
the problem you have with your battery is that the manual is based on the test that they do with the camera left on and recording. what your not told that the more you use the zoom and stop start the more power you use so hence your battery won`t last as long. so there is nothing wrong with you camera or battery. Also don`t use the digital zoom as that will just eat your power up. Hope this is of some help to you.
The best I`ve I`ve found for online is warhouseexpress . I can`t really say to much about nikon as don`t really know to much about them. but I guess you can`t go wrong with either canon or nikon. the D50 is just a little over you buget but I would go for the DSLR rather than a compact. Goto a shop near you and try them all out and see which one is best for you.
Thanks and any advice is always welcome
Some really great shots there if not all, love the ones of the 109. would be great to see it at legends with the RAC`s
happy birthday Jon. did you take a look at the Konica Z5 or Z6 first before you bought the Kodak?
