lets hope the weather holds out for next weekend, as the lineup looks great.
Superb photos there again, shame about the bird in the 1 photo. They are a pain there, almost every photo of mine from the world cup fly in has a bird in it somewhere.
Thanks for the comments, but I should point out, and with respect, the bird was left in on purpose. I would have removed it had I have felt it degraded the image.
These are wonderfull shots, of which you should be very pleased. I like the subtle passengers hand gestures in two of the images.
Good stuff Gary, and nice to see you.
Nice shots Al, just wish I could have been there aswell.
Nothing but insults wherever I turn
😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀
Can I insult you here as well? 😮
Wow, I didn’t know they had so many Hawker projects on the go, and don’t they just look great. Thanks HAC for sharing the images and details in this way.
Some of the results from the Grace Spitfire air to air can be seen here. 🙂
Your not that old Alan! 😀
Hope you fit some aviation content into your day Gary. Happy Birthday mate.
Nice pictures Usernameunchanged, you must have been just down the barrier from me?
Ah, so I spelt the base and the CO’s name wrong…Sorry BBMF! 🙂
I have amended the original post to correct the mistakes.
Rich,
I do camera reviews as part of my job, hence the 30D trial. The 20D with give you the same image quality, and will save you a lot of money. The D200 has an excellent build and a higher resolution than the 20/30D’s but I have found the picture quality to be better on the Canon’s.
I am happy to give you more information, but we should continue such conversations on the photo forum. 🙂
Hi Mike,
Much the same as the 20D but the bigger screen is nice, as you can see a lot more detail in the image. The increased shutter life is clearly an advantage over the 20D, but not something I will be testing. The weather is good today, but it was VERY windy, and cold!
Thought that may have been you. Sorry we didn’t say hello.
