Deffinatly sounds weather related, although Brussels & Frankfurt have similar wx conditions atm…

Theres alot of a/c that sometimes juse use slats for takeoff, including the A300. Like Paul says, there are exceptions on quite a few aircraft when the runway is big enough.

Yes.

Lukeylad,

I believe it’s only been re-registered at the moment, and still carrys the MYT livery. Not confirmed though.

Very nice shots. From past experience take the arr/dep time for AN124s with a pinch of salt – I’ve seen them land 4 hours early and also 28 hours late :p

Yeah it’s quite good. Nearly had a shock, thought the little river was small until I got close to it and was ready to jump 😮 decided to take he bridge…

EXPENCE 1/10 prices for food! 1 being poor 10 being excellent 5 5 being avarage

Do you really think any airline could stay in business if they had 1 penny flights and tesco prices for the food/drink

I think Ryanair are good, but only for short trips away where you don’t really need to take alot of clothes. They work out much cheaper than most airlines for this, but when it comes down to 7 days away etc it can work out queit expensive after all the prices have been added.

I think Ryanair will start charging people for missing the flights soon :p

Had kind of the same problem with Expedia. My friend booked himself, me and friend on his card to make it abit easier. My name on my passport is Samuel and he put Sam. I gave Expedia a call and they were very nice about it and changed it, and said it wouldn’t be a problem. Not sure why they just won’t change it. I think there being awkward. Try ringing again and try it with another person, it may work. If not, just do what you said about Emirates. That will be fine. Good luck 🙂

There is also a Premier Inn & a Travel Lodge within 5 minutes of the terminal building. If you want to know the best places for photo’s, I dare say that some of the locals would be more than happy to show you around.
