well my two penny worth! Thankfully we are able to attend a whole variety of airshows so there is something that pleases everyone. I look forward to Flying Legends but I equally look forward to the displays put on at Shuttleworth – there is something totally different about these two shows but they both have a great atmosphere. I didn’t go to Waddo this year, but in all honesty I don’t know if I would have really enjoyed it, with all the fast jets. On the other hand though, I think, from what PJ has told me there were some superb displays by fast jets such as the Mig’s etc which he said were impressive – maybe I wil go next year so I can form my own opinion – but getting back to Legends it is a great show, and I think we are lucky to have this opportunity to attend the show, if we so wish, but as I’ve said beffore, this show isn’t to everyones liking – we all have a choice – and I choose to go! 😀

Just got news of my aunt, she is ok – thankfully. As she said she was one of the lucky ones. As I said before my thoughts are with all of those affected by these events today.

Thanks for posting the link to the DVD, Harry. It does show what hard work it is working for an airline company like that. Everyone thinks being flight crew is glamorous, and I guess it is to an extent but its got to be hard on the feet, being on them for endless hours, and having a smile permanently on display for the passengers!
