Steve,what they do is place fire trays around the outside of the structure,and ignite that instead of burning the aircraft itself, doing this means the airframe will last longer. 😀
Id too go with Aer Lingus as i have worked for BA and AF but AF was with Serviceair/Globeground and to be honest you would be employed by an agency and you will not get the perks that you would get with Aer Lingus IMHO,but its your call at the end of the day.
