Gaining access to ZK has always been the main reason to get her to the AVP,before she will be opened to the public i will re restore the flightdeck ,as she is now due for it ,the last time we restored it was in 1994.
The wings will remain as they are ,due to the area she will be displayed (she just fits)
I will post a few for you.
I can indeed ,i have vast amounts of Trident pics.
Thanks guys and gals for your continued support, there will be a meeting at Manchester this week ref reassembley costs , hopefully i will have firm dates on the move etc next week.

Thanx for your support Ren 🙂
NB, everyone that has pledged will recieve a certificate and have their name on the aircraft ie a roll of honour located on a bulkhead inside for ever!!
Yeah Ren ,he is a bit of a Trident fan and more than happy to assist in any way possible.he lives in the US and will visit Manchester in the very near future.
T5 if i were to list all pledges id be here all night and all day ,the average pledge range from 25.00 to 50.00 and a small pledge average is 10.00.as i said it is entirley up to you and others how much you pledge.(if at all)
Funny you should say that Ren,the MD of gemini jets made a large donation to our cause and is considering a Trident for the range.
Does it really matter how much people have donated??? every penny helps whether its a large donation or a small one i myself HAVE DONATED OVER A HUNDRED POUNDS!!
Many many people and companys have pledged fom a few pounds to a few thousand, the choice of how much to donate is up to you.A certan retired concorde captian who flew AF for its last ever landing donated two and a half thousand pounds!!
We still need nine thousand pounds!! , i like you wanted to keep ZK at Heathrow but this is unacceptable to BA and the BAA ,if i had not pursued a safe home for ZK then she was going to get scrapped!!! the whole point of this project is to preserve our heritage.i myself live in London and have travelled to Manchester aeropark on many occasions to see the LIVE aircraft and the static ones including G-BOAC.The aircraft will also be open for public viewing (which we could only do on limited days and numbers at Heathrow),if you dont want to help that is up to you.
