What’s the rule on advertising? Oh, it’s probably for an ATC squadron or some charity!

As I have been purchasing Ex US and British Army kit from Vebeg for a number of years and seen the tender I thought it may be of interest to members of this forum who may not know of Vebeg, as they handle all German Forces items as well.
Sorry if my action has been misconstrued.

Just seen a B17 on approach to Newcastle airport, must have been asked to do a fly by I presume, quite a lot of surprised people to see it up here, me included:eek:, but what a fantastic sight:)

Firebird, We were the Yorkshire and Geordie lads you spoke to when you pulled up in the car just in time to catch the take-off, i seem to recall the weather was red hot, then a massive thunder storm on the way home, just seems like yesterday.
Shame about the old base now, a wasted chance to keep an original WW2 base for the RAF museum store or similar

With best wishes to all involved, as a shareholder in 724( 3 to be precise) it would have been nice to have been to have been kept up to date on what is actually happening as I have had no correspondance from the association or anyone else for a number of years now.I have e-mailed the Association website but to no avail, and this is the first info I have had about 724 in that time.
I hope the plans people are working on come to fruition but the 100 or so shareholders need to be kept informed as a courtesy I would have thought, even a message on forums would help.
