Just had 2 spits and a hurricane of the bbmf section of Red section overfly the house while circling Northolt.
I believe ARCO still look after N3200.
I think the other Spitfire you were thinking of was MK912, not the Spirit of Kent.
Yes it was in the AAM. There are 2 F-4s at Duxford, the ex OFMC example in RAF markings in hangar 4 and a 2nd that has been in the AAM.
Years ago, I would have given the answers to the following questions in a heartbeat. Shows how out of touch I am now:
Where does the TF51 come from?
Where is Moonbeam McSwine based now?
Bruce

Spitfire and Typhoon duo circuiting Northolt and then the Red Arrows flew over.
Peter Teichman. He is the owner of the Hangar 11 collection.
Just had Sally B fly over the house while displaying at Northolt.
Would love them to send a DB engine airframe over for Legends. Seems like a life time since we had Black 6 flying.
You must of missed this in the Duxford thread

EADS are sending one of theirs.
Dammit, I had what I named as the Hawk-75 as a B-17 in my original list then changed it. Realised I had made a mistake with the Spit Ia, I knew it was AR213 but didn’t realise I had put too many I’s when I posted. Didn’t think of Stampe for what I named Chipmunk but just realised that Chippie’s have a spinner and the Stampe doesn’t.
Thanks for the challenge DCW.
