    Now need to crack another 20/30 hours this year before heading off in a tailwheel direction.

    Thought you had been flying a Stearman, why the need for 20/30 hours before doing so again? must have been a heck of a lay off 🙂

    Oh dear, what a git. Who would go for a part like Doctor Who and then decide he didn’t want to be typecast? That’ll probably spell the end of the series again.

    What’s the new series like? Is it dumbed down and all cgi like everything else that’s remade? Or is it good?

    Who would do that? Probably someone with a few brains who has realised that the new series is pants and wants to bail out while he’s still got some credibility.

    It was good entertainment, if ya dont take it too seriously…!!! :p

    Good entertainment if you are a four year old and outgrown the tellytubbies maybe, don’t take it seriously? You would have to be a CND loving folk singer with a penchant for re runs of the Goodies and Benny Hill to be entertained by it!

    But to be fair to the program, it was said to be for 9 to 12 year olds and not a load of old geezers in the midst of a middle life crisis! :p

    Currently have T-6D G-CCOY under rebuild with the Beech Restorations guys at Bruntingthorpe, and T-33 G-WGHB in the early stages of tear-down here in Norfolk.

    Calm down boys,
    Does it really matter, after all the Canadian Lancaster is a funny shade of green, has a weird top turret and just isn’t as pretty as our British Lancaster :rolleyes:
    I can’t wait to see BoBMF Lancaster over London, that will be more than enough for me.

    Very well thanks, I didn’t have my lesson this weekend because of the wind. I also didn’t get my Stearman flight for the same reason but I’ve rearranged them both. We all went out for a meal though and I learnt a bit! 😉
