    handfull of remains [nova mig alley]maybe its
    worth an extra look.Would his name be at Dayton

    Hi folks;
    I keep my documents and such in a 1942 field map holder,
    though it made of heavy canvas it keeps them flat out
    of the sunlight plus keep’em in a cool place.My fav is a
    nazi 1939 auto club map of germany ,blue cover with
    the nazi flag and eagle.I’ve never seen anything else
    like it.anyone else got something novel?:D

    A-BOMBS

    Hi folks;
    We can use the plutoniam from old nukes for power.there is
    plenty in stockpiles,swords to plowshares.While we’re at it
    what about the reactors from ssn’s and such? All you need
    is bricks to house it and water to cool it.50.000 homes
    per unit.Did i recall that our gods printed a pic of the
    G.E. twin turbine nuke areo engine?I recalled that it was
    huge! was it for the YB 36?

    BOOM?

    Hi folks;
    I know of the bomb in the St.Lawrence river,but there is more
    incidents in Canada than that site shows.I have xeroxs of a chapter
    intitled
    ‘Crashes and nuclear weapons accidents in Canada’
    There is as many incidents listed there than there is on that
    site for the world.I never heard of the savannah h-bomb being
    recovered.I’d be more worried about the german warship full
    of posioned gas in the north sea:eek:

    Hi folks;
    In Flanders feilds where the poppies grow row by row.
    These last couple years around here it feels like we
    have never took ours poppies off,60 or more times
    standing on the overpass to honour those coming
    home in all weather down the Highway of Heros,
    this has had an effect on this town.All the time
    i’ve lived here the crowd at the town cenotaph has
    grown by hundreds the last 5 years and i can’t help
    but get teary eyed every year at this site.So as we
    stand row by row hold the brolly for the vet,take them
    to the legion after by them a pint and say thank you.
    God bless them all!

    Hi folks;
    How about a radar shot of the airfield from satilitte?
    They have been used to find and follow the silk
    road to a lost city or two in Iraq and Mayan sites.
    It should show where the trench is.anyone who
    knows someone who might help?It might be a starting
    point that’s cheaper?Or is there something like
    Landsat images that would help? Corona snaps,SR71?;)

    In bad taste

    Hi folks;
    As i agree footage is needed for the investgation putting it up
    for the ignorant to enjoy and comment is beyond the pale;
    after watching the Nimrod go down[god rest their souls]
    even nowadays seeing old footage in docs is hard once
    you know what suffering is involed post crash.
    But our love of the air,machines,courage we know there
    is a dark side we must face if we are to go to greater
    heights.:(

    CF 100 / CF101

    :)Hi folks;
    1st CF100 ;There are 2 in Campbellford Ont,one is a early
    model with a prototype short nose,the other is a later mk
    maybe mk5.These gals are not too bad a little weathered.
    On this site also is a very early Canso hulk with ‘turreted’
    cover on the nose and CF 5 .2nd a CF 101 at a small
    airfeild in Lindsay Ont at HWY35 and 7 she looks complete
    but is badly weathered.Iheard there is one in Lake
    Ontario near Ajax,any truth to that? Can our gods list
    in the faq’s the ranking? Us ramprats like to know
    when we’re being promoted or demoted::dev2:
    Any one heard where our 100th year of flight show
    will be held,I really want to see that F 86 strut her stuff!
