IAF Searcher-II. No national markings have been seen on IAF UAVs yet, but a serial T-2002 is visible.
You can see a fine wiring above – it is used to support a camo netting that can rapidly pulled over the aircraft when needed.
Pretty similar to how you protect a cricket pitch when it rains 😀
