Recently i was told on a forum that there was a picture of a Su-30MKI [SB029] in Flight International recently, with the nose area infront of the cockpit painted black – MiG-29 style. Can you confirm this? Do you have a scan?

Is the news of Flankers visiting the US such a big secret? IIRC when they came there was also an accompanying controversy about DACT b/w Sus and F-15s where the F-15s lost….it was denied by the americans as only a rumour.
