Lovely pics Gary, it was good to meet you at last!
Thanks Albert, the Druine Turbi was a first for me, it just did fairly sedate fly-by’s.
And the second batch.
I’d love to get my hands on this video and other pre-2001 legends productions. Where can i get them!?
Chris, I was about to put the videos for Legends 1997, 1998, 1999 & 2000 and a load of others on eBay, pm me if you are interested!
It could just be a mistake as I can’t see the Sea Fury on the list and I am sure the RNHF website shows the Sea Fury and the Sea Hawk down for the September show!
Great pics Darren, I really like the first Lizzie shot.
Darren, I know what you mean, it took me a week to sort mine out and Rob, you are right about the far end, you get some different shots from down there, I might join you again.
My only shot unfortunatly.
Last few for the moment, there is more if anybody wants to see them!
And a few more.
I was standing the other side of the pay-booth by the gate, and I didn’t see the SE5a wing-down landing, the shot was pure luck 😀
I have tried a closer crop on the Hind/Hurri shot and that will be posted shortly.
I think that was very thoughtful of you, obviously it was a difficult decision to make, it must have taken you at least 30 seconds!
[QUOTE=JDK]Ask the new owner. 😉
James, I hope you aren’t suggesting you have given it away after all the trouble and enjoyment it gave everyone getting it to you and waiting for your reaction!
I am hoping to be there, but I am still waiting for work to tell me if I can have the time off.
Like a lot of others I was shocked when Rob informed me yesterday afternoon.
I only met Steve a few times but he was a genuinely nice guy and will be greatly missed.
My condolences to Julie, Haydn and Steve’s family.
RIP Steve
