Dunno about that, if a piston engine was never meant to be upside down, it’s fuel feed wouldn’t cope. And, the power needed for the vertical climb bit, I doubt if it was there.

The 707 did a role but not a loop.

The cameramen were clearly secret police.
    Mourn or we kill you!
I have never seen such a display of enforced, false emotion. My kids do far better than that when they want something.

The RNLI do a fantastic job, and 9 out of 10 times, although conditions are atrosious, they manage to pull it off and save lives.

Considering they are prepared to go to Sea in any weather conditions, and are not paid, speaks volumes for these unsung heroes.
Having had several boats, (Sea going) myself, I realise the value donations to the RNLI mean, WTSHTF.
    Jim.

    Lincoln .7

More than 9/10 Jim! 999/1000 more like.
I think the whole of the World respects them.

One of the best ever “This is your life” programmes was the Cox. of a Lifeboat. They brought on stage some of the people he’d rescued..to not have a tear in yer eye would be unnatural. IIRC, it was a special, 2 hours long? The only other special was Lord Mountbatten.
I’d really like to see those again.

Yeah, to be in our “Gang” at school you had to ride your pushbike around the Orchard wall. This was a perimeter wall from a Victorian Garden, probably about 300 yards by 100. 1 perigrination was required.
The wall was (Still is!!) about 15 feet high and the flat coping stones on top are 20 inches wide (We measured those). If you fell to the Orchard, a dog…a cross between an Alsation and a Bulldozer was waiting. If you fell the other way, most of it was brambles and hawthorn. Yes, we had some fun digging people out of the bramble!

(A real boys gang, not a knife wielding trophy-murdering scuzzball gang)

Buy a few packs of those throw away hand warmers, crack a few open and drop in your camera bag, 2 in the bag should keep the temp up a bit for an hour, so buy a dozen should be fine, they only cost around a £1 for a pack of 2 if you shop around, so the cost should be low.

    DON’T
This will make a warm camer coming out into V.cold air. Condensation will be a very major problem, it could even happen on the inside..then it will freeze and crack something.

Really looking fwd to pics of the Northern lights. Have you researched the best way to photograph them? I understand it is very difficult to capture sharpness and colour.

Comparing this to his previous films on youtube, I’d gamble that this was done with a grant from the Scottish tourist board or similar. Maybe a Uni. film unit from media studies courses.

I’d like to see the FEM model and stress analysis on the back wheel as it hits!
