Also, wiggle the ariel connector(s) whilst you are watching one of the Ch. you can get. If you get a serious picture frazzle/lines etc. then the connection is rubbish.
Solder the inner copper wire inside the the pin of the connector. It is 50% the diameter of the hollow pin, you’re lucky if it touches the inside of the pin twice. This needs doing up at the roof end as well, but too late for that LoL.

Got my car window smashed in….and ipod stolen. Ipod was hidden away, no way it could have been seen. Pay for indoor parking, get window smashed. Needless to say I am steaming right now.
