G-AMVD ‘in action’ on Remembrance Sunday 2006 at the 93rd Bomb Group, Hardwick, Norfolk. (On target too!)

I thought i would get some air around her before winter so took her over to the show. Was a good day.
It was the first time i had landed on a tarmac in any taildragger. Landing was fine, take off was a little interesting with the ten knot crosswind.
[QUOTE=Ewan Hoozarmy] I’ll have to do more circuits with my eyes closed next year? 😀
some people should be careful…
that sounds a warmer way of doing things.
Auster v G-AMVD
Just sorting through my Little Gransden pics this evening, found this one complete with evil stare from P1…
If you think that’s evil, you should see me fly a Stearman…
Chris – a 172? Thought you’d have blagged a backseat in Fools’
TT

Didn’t I once see one of Janie on a pole?

Reminder to self…. Find CD with photos on and get them to the airfield. Oh and write the bits I’m supposed to be writing…
