there was a 5 ship harvard display earlier this year, end of Agust i believe at the wings and things airshow.

AT6 PILOT its over to you now to fill this gap, the Harvard is a most interesting aircraft to display well .

Well, i may well do that. Let me see how i get on just flying the thing first :p

And then there is Leon, who has recently started flyign Rob Davies Harvard, he is 24, so we coudl be a minature display team… call us young guns or something, hehehe…

The Yaks were a couple of the aerostar yaks practising. (both yak 50’s)

and those were certainly the P51 duo, but couldn’t see you from my view point, you should have waved more 😀

If you go to the states and say i am a harvard pilot (or in my case, 2B), they look at you like you fly a duck or something! they have no idea what it is, but if you call it a texam or At6 you are the msot popular perosn in the room!

Hi Janie

It was good fun at N.Weald, albeit very cold and a bit wet!

My dad isn’t a winter flyer, i don’t think they will be coming out much more this winter. He hates the cold weather.

I will start soon, this time next year, I hope you will see me and Leon as a pair of Harvards 🙂 not just him! lol

Not quite true, the British also had texans to train on. But it is american, and we desgned something with no tail wheel and no brakes! how clever are we?!?!
