In the days of interest, it was possible to leave your money in a current account while using a credit card to buy everything then pay the full balamce off at bill time and pocket the interest made in the current account.
With the rate now being so low if any, its not worth having a credit card, if you cannot afford it then dont buy it.
Was going to buy a couple of lenses for my 30D they have gone up by a 1/3, so unless my dealer can make me a ground breaking offer on the price he will not be seeing my money.

I spent Summer Camp there in 1969 with the ATC, same week first moon landing took place.
Good memories of Canberras, the swiming pool, the beer, the food in the airmans mess, the beer, the heat, the night exercise sleeping under a parachute, oh happy days.

Then it must be safe, the usual way is to anounce that its going to have shed loads of money spent it it to upgrade the base, this work is carried out as soon as its finish they then say they are going to save money by closing it down!!!

    Go on i’m right, yes

Come on chaps— anyone got any photos of the beast at the Wirral Show?
I was up in Llangollen myself so didn’t get to see the flypast.
A rather good weekend with friends, catching up on old times and drinking lots of wine and the like, weather was pretty good as well. also got to see the trains.
