    Very interesting, bids are not due for close till the 9th of June and as BAA have been encouraging share holders to reject the offers so far then I’d take it that acceptance would require share holder approval?????
    News in Sundays papers was putting the Goldman Sachs bid as above the Ferrovial Consortium offer.
    For me the value in BAA is far greater than any bid which will come in and I for one would if I was a BAA share not be selling or giving my vote to any form of take over!

    BMI Star I’m just down the coast from you and we’ve had wall to wall sunshine all day.

    7 Days to go now till the A380 flys over Broughton., Filton and into Heathrow, hope we get some sun.

    Combining the visit to Heathrow with a flypast over the Broughton and Filton sites allows the aircraft to be free over the weekend of the 10th of June to continue with the airframes most important work. A decision made not just based on sentiment.

    380 is cancelled for families day, there will be flypasts on the 18th instead……….too much certification work to be done, apparantly…..

    While on the subject of medals my Grandfather serviced in the 1st War, I know he was decorated and I want to find out want medals he had. How do i find this info the quickest way using what information and from where?
