I was in Swindon just before Easter and a KC 135 flew over us very low, I understand that they have moved to Fairford while the re-surfacing is on at Mildenhall. Anyone confirm this?

The Mirror photo’s look to good to be true, by that I mean staged. If they are, I hope the people who took them are given a very long prison sentence.
If they are genuine, then I hope the men in the photos get the same but are dischanged for the Army first.

You are both correct, HOWEVER I have been paying a subscription to SKY and after conversion with the lads at work I now understand that I can dump SKY and go FREEVIEW and get most of what I watch now and only pay £5 a month plus the cost of the box, THATS IF I WANT TO.
Summers coming so I may just not bother. Might just take in some Airshows.

BAe were on their a**e and not far from closing shop when they sold the 125 off to Beech.
Share price at that time was less than £1 and debt was through the roof. Very bad times.
They do however still manufacture all airframes for the HAWKER UK designs from the Broughton Plant, continuing to supply them to Wichita as the bare fuse and wing components.
It needs to be remembered that if Hawker Siddeley had not gone in to Airbus at the very beginning as at that time a private venture, then things today might be a lot different. How different would be hard to say.
