The aircraft in the second photo is the Heston Type 1 Phoenix ll and the photo would have been taken between 1936 and 1939.

Cannot find an original name and as the aircraft was delivered to the Air Force on 6/12/41 and crashed on 23/2/42, it is possible it did not.:confused:
Yes, it is an ‘E’ and therefore more historically important.

Here is a photo of F-BGSO of the Musee del’Air.
I believe the aircraft may be in store and was not destroyed in the fire of 1990.
Information seems to be correct, also registered as F-BGSO.

Paris, France for display, last reported (Dec. 2000) in storage.
8891 transferred to Brazilian Air Force. Withdrawn from service in 1967.
