I’ve often thought about going for hypnotherapy for various horse-riding/confidence issues, among other things. Would be interesting to find out whether or not it will do anything for me.
The problem is horses sense fear ! they then use it to their benefit, so you have to let them know who is the BOSS and then maintain that position.

You can get hypnotherapy via the NHS if your doctor refers you.

Ingredients
200g plain flour
100g butter
100g suger
tbsp dark brown suger
2 cooking apples
a handleful of mixed fruit
Cooking Instructions:
First you need to peel, chop and core the apples.
Rub together the flour and butter until they are at bread crumb consistency, then mix in the granulated suger.
Put the apples in a dish and sprinkle the mixed fruit and dark brown suger over them.
Then sprinkle on the crumble mix and put in a 180 degrees centigrade oven for 30 mins so that it is golden brown
Serve with custard or ice cream. 😉
