Intersting 🙂 🙂
Some folk have decided to visit the Vulcan all tickets soldout!!
But £24 extra to look inside a Vulcan? And there we were worrying about upping things to £2 instead of £1 to have a look in our Shackleton.
:eagerness:
Spent many an hour in RWC’s. Both Bantam and the TK variants. Iveko version still in use today.
duplication
Thanks 😉
Perfection is a state few folk attain 🙂

Fingers crossed – would love to see this beautiful aircraft flying in the UK, however it is a long way to come, so won’t hold my breath for now. I’m guessing it will be ‘flown’ across as cargo in the back of something big, rather than under its own steam?
Looking forward to seeing XL500 back in the air again too! 🙂
What like this!!!!
Was looking at a Lynx fuselage to convert into a trailered camper but prices got way too rich for me :0
There was nearly a major mulloch on the M11 southbound when the Apache was performing!! I was returning from a Santa Pod Classic Car show.
As it did a steep pull up and torque turn a car 3 in front of me decided it was going to crash and pulled up hard!! how the two cars in front missed it I dont know!!
Bit of a brown trouser moment!
Good pics as well 🙂
Defector by David Gledhill
Defector is a pacy thriller which reflects the intrigue of The Cold War. It takes you into the cockpit of the Phantom fighter jet with the realism that can only come from an author who has flown operationally in the NATO Central Region.
Being posted to Wildenrath at the time the book was set I can relate to all the airfield descriptions to a tee!!
