An-225… unlikely to be alive again, but wonders happens. Upgraded An-124 can carry almost as much for much lower price, and with already going technology lines.
Buran… completely impossible. Its useless overexpencive junk, just as american shuttle is.
The second 225 is not in the process or likelyhood of being finished in the near future according to my sources….
The upgraded AN124-150 series coming on line soon can only carry a max payload of 150tonnes in comparison to the 225’s 250tonnes therefore the 225 is still a viable option to some customers with outsize cargo.
