Antonov Design Bureau the operator of the aircraft will NOT be shutdown just because of the possible loss of this aircraft as they do have other assets!!! As I understand it the aircraft is parked on a remote stand at BRU and the crew are still inside thereby thwarting the offical trying to serve the impounding order..

The crew that are on board would be quite capable of flying the aircraft to wherever after suitable crewrest without resorting to another crew being flown in from Kiev or wherever ADB chose to send the aircraft. The flight deck crew have probably moved to the rearcrew compartment where they can take rest in the fitted rest areas and be in a suitable condition to fly the aircraft out of Brussels.

Comet I hope the aircraft is NOT in BRU on the the 6th Sept as I think the loss in revenuee to this airframe would make even your eyes water!!

That’ll be more work for the AN124’s if they are losing C5’s, They do a lot for the Forces already!! 🙂

More than likely compression of the air over the top of the wings forming moisture…but shot of the effect!!
