I was in Gostomel the other day.

The second 225 fuselage is still in the hanger with the wings etc stacked alongside.

There are no plans to sell to the Russians (Volga Dnepr??) or rebuild it at this time.
That was from the Head Shed at Antonov!

Some of the tapes of the female military comms personnel made very uneasy listening – I wonder how much time and gravitas was wasted with their inane comments and vacuous comms skills when relaying important information between the military and ATC?

The male of the species is not immune from this either!!

You should hear some of the tapes I heard whilst in the military on exercise

From what I remember of watching this last night, they didn’t mention Russia or any country as the aggressor but an attack by aircraft. That’s why the F16’s headed out to sea iso heading NW as directed as they followed SOP’s

    A thoughtful programme though

    er…..no.

Fastest way to kill this forum will be to make people pay.

It ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

    True!!

What I should have said was that if you want to sell bits on the our VW forums a small donation would be appreciated, any other use was free of charge.

    wasn’t being serious though;)

We could do with a bits for sale section here:D:D:D:D

Most forums I subscribe to do (mostly VW though!) we support the website by becoming paid subscribers with a minimum payment per year.

    Any takers??
